This is not a cheap tent. This a great tent. It's light (3 pounds 6oz). Easy to set up. Wonderful for Backpacking. I'm 6'4" and fit very comfortable with my son (also tall) and all of our gear. Quality product. If you believe in quality, this is the tent to get!

Intex Comfort Frame Rising Comfort Queen Airbed Review

I had relatively low expectations, having slept on a blow-up bed before. I'm a big guy, 6'4" and 275lb - and find it difficult to be comfortable sleeping anywhere but my own bed. I was pleasantly surprised! I just assumed the bed was a single piece affair, but it's not - it has a base that is like a rectangular swimming pool, and then a separate mattress that snuggles into the base. The included pump worked quite well and inflated the base quickly. Inflating the mattress was more challenging, but still only a few minutes. A queen fitted sheet was still too big for the inner mattress, but it could be tucked under and stayed put through the night. The bed itself was really quite comfortable and supportive .... and the bolster at the head kept my pillow from dropping to the floor every time I moved. I slept alone - so can't speak to its comfort for a two-some. The height was enough to allow me to swing my legs over the edge and stand up .... where I usually would have had to roll off the mattress and go to hands & knees first. In the morning, popped the two valves off and walked on the surface to push most of the air out .... then folded & flattened each unit toward the valve end. They flattened nicely and I had no trouble inserting them into the included bags. THIS THING IS HEAVY! But the two carrying bags have shoulder-length straps which are a definite plus. If it holds up .... this is going to be an excellent purchase!

Therm-a-Rest Ridge Rest Deluxe Sleeping Mat Review

I used one of these for a lot of alpine style backpacking and mountaineering. I cut it off 3/4 length to save weight and bulk. My legs below the knees do not need a pad except on snow and ice. In that case I slide the pad down and use my backpack for a pillow to make up the additional length. The pad was remarkably durable. It's more comfortable than the flat blue foam pads but not as much as the inflatable ones. My buddy's inflatable eventually popped - enough said. Another benefit of the ridges is they hold some water away from the bag. I used it for tents and a bivy sack. With this I could keep a 10 day pack under 40 pounds and still sleep on glaciers. For heavy-weight or car camping I like the self-inflatables.

Primus Micron Ti Stove Review

Pros:
1. ignitor, burner in a compact sturdy package
2. almost clumsy-proof ignitor
3. good value compare to all other compact stoves available on the market (maybe that's why it's sold out in local REIs)

No test in field yet. A few good reviews found in www.backpackgeartest.org (3 reviews on the Ti version which is essentially the same stove using lighter construction sans ignitor)

Flame pattern is a good compromise between blow-torch compact stoves and wide-spread Optimus Crux compact stove.

Questionable pot support stability in the old design (this one is new design) but base on Ti version reviews, this new pot support can be reasonably stable.

Sips fuel. This explains why the BTU is not as high as some other compact stoves. But this also fits light backpacking.

Been happy with my old Primus compact Alpine stove, but want to have the convenient ignitor. Once used Primus micron lantern, been convert to Primus sturdy ignitor design.

Two and a half ounces is light, folks less than a bag of Skittles but don't be deceived. The Micron Ti may be small but it packs an 8500 BTU whallop, and it's fully adjustable from a low simmer to a scorching high setting that will boil a liter of water in about four minutes. The arms unfold to form a surprisingly stable four-inch cooking surface. Not huge, but enough for most lightweight camping pot and pan sets, and let's face it: if you're considering this stove you're probably not toting a cast iron skillet into the woods. *Fuel canister not included.
